Hueneme Housing Inc. (HHI) is a nonprofit public benefit corporation created to preserve and manage affordable housing in the City of Port Hueneme.

HHI oversees the operation of Mar Vista Apartments and Hueneme Village — two developments serving seniors and families — while pursuing new opportunities to expand housing affordability in Ventura County.
Our organization works closely with the City of Port Hueneme, HUD, and local housing authorities to ensure compliance, transparency, and long-term sustainability.
